From time to time, I keep seeing this person glance out at their window to my window. I'm not sure if it's a girl or a guy or how old they are, but it's becoming very uncomfortable for me. What should I do? Please, i'm being serious or tell me your similar experiences.. I need an answer.

I have blinds/curtains and I do close them most of the time, but I don't like having them closed 24/7..I do like some natural light from time to time..but it's just so annoying having this person glance at me when I have my blinds only slightly open in the few occasions that they're opened.

Let them know you see them too. Just smile and wave.

Make a big sign to put in your window that says "PLEASE STOP STARING AT ME!". If that doesn't work, you'll need to keep your blinds closed, especially at night. You can also get some sheer curtains for during the day that will let light in, but makes it hard to see in from the outside. If all else fails, go talk to the neighbor about it.

Shock her. Amber had a good idea with the finger in her nose.
Or just place yourself at the window, install yourself comfortably, maybe with a pillow under your elbows, and bluntly stare back for some time. Do it very clearly and deliberately. That might also stop her (And it’s fun at the same time!)
I don’t like the solution with the blinds so much, because you punish yourself by depriving yourself from sunlight, view, etc.

Buy curtains or a set of mini blinds and put them up so they can not see in. You can set the blinds a certain way to allow light in, but not enough so they can see in.

You might think this is a joke, but this is how I got someone to stop doing that.
Once I was in my parked car, and a woman kept staring at me from inside the store. She'd look away for a second, then go back to staring at me. The next time she looked away, I stuck my finger up my nose. She looked at me and then looked away really quick, then stopped staring.
Either that or close your blinds =]

Is there some reason that you cannot keep the window covered? (shade, blind, drapes?) This seems like a simple solution to me, and it sounds like you are also glancing at them, or you would not be aware of it.

Flash em!! Lol All joking aside, Are you sure they are intentionally looking into your window?? what if they just happen to be looking out the window, I had a similar situation at my old house. I said something to my neighbor, just to see if there was any particular reason why they were looking into our house, come to find out that they thought we were checking them through their window. The house was just positioned that way.

Close your blinds or curtains. That pretty much solves the problem.

Hardware stores have window film, you can see out, but they can not see inside of your place. At night if you have your lights on, they can see inside of your place. At nighttime get shades for the window or shutters so they can not see into your place. You can also get a room divider a pull it across the window.

Take a photograph of the person when they pop up their head. Also put up some mirror tint on your window to solve the issue of them seeing you and not them. Like a one way mirror.
