my grandmother prefered using White Crystal dish soap, and she made sure my dirty little mouth was full of soap, I was supposed to hold it in my mouth for 3 minutes, then I could spit and rinse, sometimes I accidentally swallowed some, barfing bubbles is a lot worse than it sounds

I've seen those people with the skirts and hair walking around here where i live and i went to Primary school with some of them.. always found them to be rather odd. No offence but they were very very bizarre almost like they were in some weird trance. Us kids never got our mouths washed out we were just sent to our rooms - which we didnt really care because we had a million and one things to do in our rooms. But my cousins used to get their mouths washed out, they werent part of some weird religion my Aunt and Uncle just would not tolerate that type of language coming from their childrens mouth. Your penacostal religion does sound like some weird cult like the first person said! Its a pretty lame disciplinary plan if you ask me!!!!! When you're 18 make sure you run for the hills and you run mighty fast!!!

Yes my mom has and shes threatend to do it and Im all like "ok Id like to see that happen and if it does youll come out with less fingers then you had before" and that stops her cause if she would have done it i would have bit her hand off!!!!!

they used to threaten me when I talked back to them, but they never did it. I thought it was a figure of speech until I saw it on a movie.
