I see many questions on Yahoo! about how a person's "significant others" is too controlling or domineering to them; however, I don't see anything regarding how someone has handled these problems themselves.

Any advice?

I don't think I am controlling or domineering,(lol) but.... I think if a person did have these personality traits, they might not even recognize it, or if they did, might not want to acknowledge them because they are seen as negatives. I think many controlling people see them themselves as caring and pro-active rather than too forcefull and bossy.

I try so hard not to be controlling, but I can't help it... Sometimes I wish she would just break up with me 'cause I hate how much I hurt her... I'm a no good piece of crap, and I feel like sht for being this way.
