Atletico Madrid is better then Holland. Barcelona is. Real Madrid is better than Holland too. Right through the alphabet to Zaragoza, football in Spain is far more advanced than in the, er, Low Countries. Let op.

Spain have a better league but I've never heard of Northern Ireland beating Holland 3-1.

Definitely. Man for man. Position for position, Spain is better. BUT ONLY in individual talents. Holland play a well-balanced game. Especially Van der Vaart. But without Van Bommel and Van Nistelrooy, Spain can beat them...Fabregas and Iniesta will be great Spanish stars in the future! Not to mention Torres and Villa

That is hard to determine without having them play each other. Historically, Holland has accomplished more glory than Spain. Right now they are probably at the same level. But if tomorrow, they were to play a very important game on a neutral field, I would bet for Holland.

as a national team holland its better..... but the local league its better spain much better....Real Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Atletico de Madrid, etc.... in holland only PSV and Ajax....

no i don´t think so... buecause spain is very bad... thay couldn´t won rumany ... dou you really think that they can win holland??? .... i think that holland is wrong... netherlands would be fine.... hey if i make a mistake writing is because i´m from venezuela... and i don´t know much about english
