You can go to the website of known TV-channel. They may not show the whole program, but they are likely to bring news. This is especially working with the national broadcasting corporations of some countries where there are still state-owned TV-channels.

there are not many good free legal programs out there for TV shows, but you can find some place that will host individual episodes or a program on TV.

(AKA: youtube.com, DailyMotion.com, ect...)

In2TV and InnerTube at CBS.com are just two. ABC and NBC also offer free TV programming.
