It aired in July 2005. It was to help stop aids and poverty and it aired on many networks, like mtv, abc and cbs. When Madonna was on stage she brought a girl out I think she was Ethopian but she was very malnourished years ago when they did another Live 8 concert but she is now a healthy young woman. Can anyone tell me about this young woman or where I can find pics of that particular performance with Madonna and the woman? I'll give 10 points to the person who can find this info!

An Ethiopian girl who became the face of famine when she was filmed starving and in tears in 1984 has graduated thanks to the support of a British charity.
Toddler Birhan Woldu came to symbolise the desperate situation on the continent in the 80s when a film crew recorded her.
Last year, 20 years on, she appeared on the Live 8 stage with Bob Geldof and Madonna as a healthy young woman.
And today it was announced she has graduated with a Diploma in Agricultural Science from the Wukro Technical and Vocational College in the Tigray region, northern Ethiopia.
She did so thanks to a scholarship scheme run by the African Children's Educational Trust (A-CET), a Leicester-based charity which sponsors the education of more than 2,000 youngsters.
A-CET chief executive David Stables said: "All of us at A-CET are very proud of Birhan's academic achievements.
"This epitomises much of what we are doing. Whilst it is important to feed starving people during famines, it is equally important to try to make sure famines do not occur again or so often.
"By educating the youngsters and particularly in Birhan's case, whose father is a farmer, for her to get a diploma in agriculture should help.
"We at A-CET believe that by supporting the education of now over 2,000 vulnerable Ethiopian youngsters, this can be their way out of poverty. Birhan has shown the way."

howdy. the first album i replaced into offered for Christmas replaced into GVH2 which i'd say is two. a million. is easily one of the immaculate sequence. BQ: Hm. i love Die yet another Day and that i somewhat love American Pie - she sings it so nicely in my opinion. Everytime I listen Hanky Panky I purely smile because the beat is so humorous and somewhat good somewhat - i love how she doesn't take some issues too heavily. She reported she hated taking issues too heavily and that i do not blame her. i do not care what the media says or how she supplies you herself, i love Madonna.

idiot-angelina jolie is a whore, she broke up a marriage , that is why people dislike her, and she did it before with billy bob, ppl dislike her and brad and shiloh , some ppl dislike shiloh because she comes from both of them, unfortunenately for them, paris , lindsey, britney and nicole do worse stuff, yet they are sought after more and more people think of them in a positive light and think of them as their gods, than brangelina.. hehehe
