To someone you love: just say what you mean
To someone you hate. Send nothing. It would say more about YOU than the person that yopu sent it to.
(eg Suppose that I said you were a thick, stupid, useless layabout....it would tell no-one anything about you (it is most um;likely to be true) but it would tell a lot about me...I am thoughtl;esds, ill-mannered....etc, etc.
Why would you want that?

Many girls break up with their significant others, is because they need time to figure things out. Don't take it personally, if you want her back, you have to show her you can help her. If you love her then you'll let her go, that's it. Not everybody who you date in high school you end up staying with, the chances are extremely unlikely. So if she doesn't want to, then you need to let her go.

Well someone you love you could tell them is that you just realized that you couldn't imagine your life without them you your guys' future children and the person you hate you can tell them to have a nice life and that hopefully they don't waste other people's time like they did to your precious time!
