I'm a hungry beast, I devoure them. Unless, of coarse, it is grilled cheese, then I cut it diagonally.

your suitable the bread does look softer whilst decrease diagonally. yet I in simple terms tend to do it once I even have visitor around or if I even have an agg sandwich!!! in simple terms have been given used to slicing it horizontally i think. perhaps i will have a diagonally decrease one the next day for a metamorphosis. thank you for encouraging me to have slightly form in life!!

All sandwiches but one are cut (I think you mean vertically) vertically.
Grilled cheese is cut diagonally to maximize dipping angles.
