Anykind of petrolium alcohol will work. One of the best things to use is GooGone (WD-40 will work too). It smells terrible but works great on super glue or any other kind of set adesive. Also, don't forget to put some heat on it before spraying the GooGone (i.e. use a hair dryer). Heat will work to loosen the bond on the glue.

Use fingernail polish remover with Acetone.
It is diluted and will not pull the paint off the car. Dab it don't wipe it. use it sparinglt as Acetone will remove the finish. Rewax the spot when done.

Its going to be next to impossible to get it off without ruining your paint or clearcoat. your best bet of getting it off without ruining anything is to use a heat gun. If that doesn't work get a bodyshop to redo the panel, they will have to use chemical stripper on it and then repaint. Try the heat gun as soon as possible.
