To measure: measure the area just below your breasts, on your ribs and add five to that number. This is your rib number. Then, measure your breasts at their fullest. Subtract your rib number from your breast measurement. If it's a half-inch, it's a AA, if it's an inch, its an A, two inches it's a B, etc. Then it's your rib number in front of the size... like a 32A.
It helps if you're not in training bras. I'm totally serious, too--regular bras almost always have a SLIGHT amount of padding [[at least more so than training bras]], so they do a pretty good job hiding.
Good luck!

Rather than go with a padded bra you could just try one with light filling or lining. It will reduce the showiness of an unlined bra without the bulk of a padded one.

To keep the . . from showing you need to get a bra that is lightly lined. Today Oprah is going to rebroadcast her show about finding the perfect bra for your figure. Watch it if you can! It's on at 4pm most places.

No...maybe you should try a bra with padding though :) That should take care of that little problem!

To check your size you will need to measure yourself, it is easier if a friend or your mom can help you. Here is link that explains how to do it.
