It's the same song as from the Movie "Donnie Darko" it's called "Mad World" by Gary Jules.
It was originally recorded by Tears for Fears, but Gary Jules wrote it and was asked to perform it for the "Donnie Darko" movie and has become nearly as big a hit as when Tears for Fears recorded it.
