Best rapper? That's like asking what is the best debilitating disease to get! There's no such thing as a good rapper.

I'm tired of seeing answers like Game or Jay-Z because of record sales and basing answers off popularity contests. Man, Nas is the best, that's a no brainer. The Game and Jay-Z are alright, but Nas is the best of the 3. As an MC, Nas has more substance, a bigger vocabulary and he's far more in depth than Jay-Z or Game. Jay-Z is alright, but he's just too much, claiming he's the best rapper of all time, even claiming he's better than Biggie by saying he could use his lines, then retiring only after 10 years (correct me if I'm wrong) and then by coming back right away he loses alot of credibility. Besides Jay-Z is a bitter, jacking direct lines from the likes of the Wu-Tang Clan, Big L, Slick Rick, Snoop Dogg, Biggie and others. As a rapper, The Game is generic, having limited lyrical material (always mentioning Dre, Compton, Blood, and Impala), he was just something different production wise with Doctor's Advocate. If you check all of Nas' albums from the legendary timeless classic Illmatic up to Street's Disciple, they all sound different, as Nas never wants to sound the same after each album.

I would have to say that this Music Genre is the worst I have ever heard. I have no idea why anyone would purchase let alone listen to such awful music, if you can call it music. I would rather listen to William Shatners or Leonard Nemoys albums from the 60's.
