Did Adam Sandler die in that movie? I heard in the end, he was sick to death in a hospital, did he die?

No, he didn't die. In the movie he walks into the store to get the control and he sees a bed so he flops down on it and fall to sleep than he dreams about getting the control and the movie of click begins then torwards the end he dreams that he dies he wakes up and realize that he should spend more time with his family instead of work.

No he doesn't die he was just dreaming but that dream shows him what might happen if he does use the remote (the remote that makes things stop, fastforword, etc.) but when he was in the hospital in his dream he realized that family comes FIRT and your job comes AFTER FAMILY but yup he wakes up in the bed at the store well he "supposably" fell asleep and after that he goes home and plans for the big camping event for his children and diches his work
