Hi Amy,
What u gotta do first is to know how much the person loves u back. Does he feel the same way too?
If ur bond is strong from both sides; then i guess he too will want to spend his life with u.
Or maybe he too is afraid to ask you the same question. Try and understand him more. And u can find ur answer soon.

You tell them, "I love you, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you." Then, you get down on one knee and ask them to marry you. LOL!!!

Wait for the right mood, perhaps when you two are out together and start to hug. Make sure your minds are both in happy places when you do it and speak from the heart with a smile.

Just come right out and say it. It makes me feel so much better. If you feel it say it, it doent matter when. If they dont feel the same way you will be crushed but atleast you said what you were feeling.
