My boyfriend wants to get me one out of the three things which would all cost around the same. I do want a treadmill being pregnant would like to walk everyday inside, or was thinking getting pampered for one day, or have a lifetime of memories on vacation to mexico. i dont know?!

I would choose the vacation... You will wind up using the treadmill for a clothes hanger, the day at the spa is ok but a vacation before the baby is born.... priceless...

I would pick either the Treadmill or Vacation. If you think it will be a long long time before you can take a Vacation AND if you can enjoy the vacation (I don't know how far along you are) Then go for the trip. The treadmill is a great gift too. It'll be easier to workout having one at home. But if you don't work out on a regular basis already it'll just end up being something taking up space in your home.

Vacation hands down! After the baby is here there won't really be an oppertune time to take another vacation. Spa days are great, but quick and a treadmill would be beneficial, but where would you put it once the baby is here. I am a scrapbooker and alsways vote for the opportunity to take beautiful pics and make many memories!! Congratulations!!!!

If you get a treadmill you can exercise for years to come. Both of the other options will only last a matter of days and then be gone! Just think! You could walk off all that baby weight and look wonderful :)

go to mexico. get a spa day at your hotel....then walk on the beach for a bit.
