Actually, you can use any of them although .gif, because of its smaller file size and the option to use a transparent background, is preferable. When you create the Corporate Logo just use the web site background color for the background of the logo. When you insert it in the web page it then blends seamlessly.

although, PNG is superior to GIF because it supports partial transparency.
Do not use TIFF for web images! They produce large files and are not supported by most browsers.

The answer is C, TIF is the only format out of those that supports transparency. And I'm not even in graphics class!
