how to install ms dos into a cd?

how to install ms dos into a cd? i download dos 6.22 to my computer when i try to run it its says insert a floppy drive mine is new computer it doesnt have any floppy drive so how could i install dos to a cd

DOS does not recognize CD burners, it can read from a CD, but it cannot burn to one.
