i would give all the money i can find and help abolish and make poverty a thing of the past, weather its in an LEDC or a MEDC.
I will also make everything fair for everyone from walking down the street feeling safe, to being able to not be discriminated against due to whats inside or outside

Simple...To use another quote...Judge not by the color of you skin but by the content of your character. Too many people will judge you on what you look like and it is not fair. There is a movie out called Crash that you should watch. I had to for a college course and it is great since it does go into a bit of what you are asking and a bit more.
It would be great if this planet could view everyone as equals but I do not think that it is going to happen unless people start to do it.

Educate all people equally , then if they refuse to study , or do thier own work it would be a result of their own chosen ignorance, not because of lack of opportunity. They would have an equal chance to excell or fail.
