yes, the wii does have internet capabilities although im not sure of all of them
the xbox 360 can play xbox games but only certain ones...there is a list of games that are playback compatable on the 360 but youll have to do a search to find it

yes and maybe yes. The nintendo wii does have free internet but the 360 has only a limited amount of Xbox games that it can play

Yes, the Wii can play online for free. The problem is I don't think there are any games available at the moment that are online. I could be wrong about that.
The 360 can play original xbox games, but not all of them. Here is a backwards compatibility list.
