I posted this question before, but my new web host is not working out to well. I would like a reasonably priced, easy-to-use web hosting package with prompt technical support.

yahoo hosting is also great for beginners and easy to use, probably the best tech support too.

Microsoft is offering free web hosting with a free domain name. You will be able to assign 25 email and have 500Mb of online storage. If you need more feature they have expanded packages.

they are a very big company and tech support is fabulous.
You can call, or e-mail them for tech support.
You can also upgrade your account easily.
The prices are extraordinary low.
I believe you want to stick with a big reliable company, not some reseller.
