I have saved every installation disc for every motherboard and DVD/CD ROM drive I have install over the years. I have spent many a sleepless night accumalating the knowledge I know. true, I am not the most intelligent person around, but what is so hard saying " THANK YOU? " I mean just because I will be 50 next year, ( YAHOO MODERATERS) I freely elect to give out my personal info, since by doing so releases you from any liablity, ( I know my rights ) Once a person helps you with a problem, what is so hard about saying those two words?

Its just one of those things - I am rarely thanked for things, and it is very rude.
I feel it is a symptom of 'Breakdown Britain' or whatever you want to call it - we are so big on rights now that we have forgotten our responsibilities. People seem, on the whole, only concerned with themselves. It is a sad state of affairs, and not something I want to see continuing. Hopefully, things will change and people will remember that it is the greater happiness that matters and will be more considerate.
I think another issue is our need for speed - the 'MTV' culture of today means many people have a short attention span, and only focus on now - with Yahoo Answers, people ask a question, but once the 4 hours are over and they are able to select a best answer, they have moved on to something else and completely forgotten about it.
Hopefully this is just a temporary problem, although I see it more in my peers than in the older generations. Hopefully, by being a considerate 19 year old, I will help in my own small way.
Thank you for bringing this issue to light :)

Because people don't care about others as much anymore. It is the same as saying excuse me. Or allowing someone to go in front of you at Wal-Mart. It is a rare occurrence, especially this time of year. I hate that the world is in such a rush. Also, I want to know when stop signs became yield signs. It seems around here, no one barely even stops anymore. And I'm freakin 24 years old, I shouldn't be complaining about what it used to be like!

It relies upon on the place you're yet my college isn't strict. that's totally open and we flow off on tangents and interrupt the instructor all the time. once you're prestigious then you definitely could have tougher content, exams and extra artwork yet once you're decrease than generic then the main concentration is passing for many scholars. i assume that we've lots of tension and standardized exams yet i'm no longer somewhat acquainted with the British college equipment.

The day you stop needing gratitude is the day the world will express its gratitude for you in a way that will be appreciated by you.

Right now you will not feel the true meaning of that until you feel grateful for what you have going for you in the moment.

Have Fun and Play.

Because today too many people believe that they have the right to have whatever they want. They don't need to work for it or appreciate it, it's just their right to have it.

Because SOMEof these people think that the people who are helping them are their friends. There are no 'FAVOURS' in 'FRIENDSHIP'
For "Everything is fair in IOVE and war"
For the rest of the people ,I must say, they are Miser and ungenerous .
