I would think this guy is ignorant of history and what Hitler really said and did - which can NOT be said for any "moderately religious person" as there is no necessity for someone falling into the VERY BROAD category of "moderately religious" to 1) be moderate Christian atin the first place 2) be ignorant of hard passages in the Bible as well as in Christian history, or accept them as valid (go duke it out with them) or 3) actually believe in the history in the Bible to be factually correct and authentic (which, without further research, would constitute ignorance). Having that said, there surely ARE stupid moderates who are like your Nazi. Just FYI, "moderate Nazis" (in the sense of "not aiming for ethnic cleansing etc.") do exist.

I've heard of it being described as a Charlie Chaplin. On account, I suspect, of Chaplin having a very similar moustache.

"The Hitler"

Ever see that South Park episode where Butters gets a 'hitler'
Definition:
A Hitler = Smearing a piece of poop on the upper lip of someone else so it looks like they have a Hitler mustache.
Usage: I have him a hitler while he was sleeping!
