There are several things that can be suggested here. Are you getting enough vitamins and minerals in your daily diet? Maybe you could try using a multivitamin in conjunction with the good sleeping and water drinking habits. As another answerer also mentioned you could try using hemorrhoid cream or tea bags, although those are typically used on eyes that are puffy. It might help with the dark circles however. You won't know until you try it. If you've always had them though it could be genetic. Look at other members of your family, and pictures of these people when they were younger. Do any of them have these circles? They could be an inherited trait. Also, some members of certain nationalities have them naturally. If either of these things is the case then there isn't much one can do to get rid of them. You can buy a concealer that is a shade lighter than your skintone to apply just under your eyes to diminish or completely cover them though. Hope that helps!

I know this one! Slice an eggplant in half. Rest the two halves on your eyes for 20-30 mins. Three to five days in a row! Voila!

I've tried cucumbers, but haven't had much luck with them. Most eye creams don't really make a difference either, but I started using Kinerase Under Eye Rescue a few weeks ago, and it's made a big difference. It's pricey though, $75 for .7 oz.

Go to sleep, say a prayer, and hope you wake up with a more Northern European looking complexion. Sorry...if you have them to begin with because of your nationality, they're not going to go away, nothing will help them. That's your skins natural color, deal with it, or use concealer in the right shade for your skin.

i have the same problem and i just use cover up. whether you know it or not most people don't even notice it. if they do they don't usually say anything either. if that's the way you have been for a long time then people have just gotten used to seeing you like that. don't worry.
