I don't know about the best scene, but there's a scene in Tortilla Soup when Leticia and Carmen are in the bathroom, and Leticia is reading her love letter from her "secret admirer", Carmen comes in and grabs it from her. Carmen then notices that Leticia put Preperation H (I think) under her eyes to help with wrinkles, because Hortencia told her she should. It's just such a sister scene.

Definitely White Chicks!! gosh I giggled so much, one of the Wayans Brothers is dressed up as a blond girl and he eats so much cheese at a party that he must go to the ladies room and that bathroom scene make me laugh out loud a lot!!!

In the 40 year old virgin when Steve Carroll wakes up in the morning after his first date sporting a woody and doesn't even notice it and proceeds to sit down on the toilet and then pisses in his own face, or maybe you'd prefer the seen in the recent Rebecca Romjin movie where she makes out with the other chick wearing the priceless jewelry and then steals it from her, damn I can't remember the name of that film.

Well, if I'm not mistaken, I think there is a great movie scene in a bathroom in the movie "Witness" with Harrison Ford. The little boy witnesses a murder.
Its a great flick anyway.

The scene in Casper where Bill Pullman is looking in the bathroom mirror and he starts morphing into all these celebrities and other characters.
Also, the scene in TWINS at the C&W bar where Arnold and Danny DeVito use the restroom.

My vote goes for the first Austin Powers movie, where he is fighting the guy in the bathroom stall, and Tom Arnold is in the next stall and thinks that Powers is taking a dump. Classic misunderstanding type of humor!
2nd Place is the first Scary Movie, where one of the Wayans brothers, I think it was Shawn, is trying to listen to the stall next to his, and a ***** comes shooting through his head, out his ear. Totally unexpected!

The scene in the horror movie Saw. It was so good. The victims were trapped in a bloody bathroom chained with nowhere to go. They had to saw their foot off to get loose. Diabolically ingenious i say.
