1. 3x(y^2-9x^2)
= 3x(y-3x)(y+3x)

2. -3x(25x^2 - 60xy + 36y^2)
= -3x(5x-6y)^2

3. (a+b)(a-b) + c(a-b)
= (a-b)(a+b+c)

4. 4a^2(2a+b)-b^2(2a+b)
= (2a-b)(2a+b)^2

What you want to do is look at what factors are shared in all of the terms of the expression. For example, both terms in the first problem have a factor of 3x. Pulling this factor out gives (3x)(y^2 - 9x^2).

1) 3xy² - 27x³
3x(y² - 9x²) = 3x(y - 3x)(y + 3x)

2) 180x²y - 108xy² - 75x³
-3x(36y² - 60xy + 25x²) = -3x(6y - 5x)(6y - 5x)

3) a² - b² + ac - bc
(a - b)(a+b) + c(a - b)

4) 8a³ + 4a²b - 2ab² - b³
4a²(2a + b) - b²(2a - b) = [(4a² - b²)(2a + b)(2a - b)]
