It was almost Christmas time, there I stood in another line

If you listen to the syndicated radio morning program Steve and DC its all they ever talk about because one of the two had a hand in creating the song. They play it as often as they can and love mentioneing this time of year. If i remember right the story behind the song was even made into a TV movie starring the girl the plays JIm Belushi's sister-in-law on According to Jim

Yes I know it and have it .. It is about a lil boy who wants to buy his mother a pair of shoes so when she goes home to Jesus she is beauiful but he has to hurry because dad told him it is time and he he story to the cleck touched the other shoppers.
