Next semester I am taking a sociology course titled women, work, and family, I was wondering if anyone else?

You don't say what level course this is...but you might expect a course that focuses a bit on feminist theory and so a feminist text is possible. You might also find more articles from different sources expeically in a higher level course.

I just finished my first semister, and I took sociology. It was basically the social influence in an individual's every-day life.
