I never understood how or why the room came into existence. Wasn't it interesting that objects just happened to have the powers that were needed to get out of a situation? When the movie ended I was left wondering what the whole meaning was.

I though it was very interesting! I couldn't stop watching it. But I agree... How the heck did everything come into existence? When the occupant was killed at the end, what took his place as an object? Where was his daughter all that time? How comes that lady came back to talk to him and not his daughter or another person trapped in the room? How & why did the occupant stop the whole episode in the 60's? Where did room 10 come from if it was never there?
AHHH... just too many questions!

They never did explain how the room came into existence! It bugs me too? In my humble opinion, I think they have left a lot of questions unanswered so they can create a series.
I did really like the show very much but if it is to be a success as a series it will take a lot of work keeping it fresh and intriguing!

The premise is interesting. One room full of objects that somehow gain unusal powers. I think the show would be better served if it were only half an hour instead of a full hour of fluff. I still enjoy seeing what they will come up with next.

yeah, i was disappointed.
the plot had potential. A room to other dimensions-opened only by one key. the guy's daughter disappearing.
but i lost interest after like, half an hour of the premier. i'll give it another shot when it comes on again.
