Ch 4 have axed the show and say there will not be a second series.

Me, Me, Me, coz I think its sooooooooooooooooo brill!! I think Philip Olivier is just sooooooooooooooooooo gorge!! Just because Channel 4 dont rate it, what about us who watch it!!! XX

Yes it should be axed. I don't call it a soap and when Tina Baker did the Soap Gossip on Lorraine Kelly's GMTV show, she never mentioned Hollyoaks. They never used to mention it on This Morning, but do now and it's never going to win Best Soap - infact, it hardly ever, or ever does win awards. Hollyoaks is a teen soap for teenagers, but idiotic adults also watch it. Coronation Street, EastEnders and Emmerdale are what I watch. It is also never on the front of the TV mags as the main story, like EastEnders mainly is, or Coronation Street and Emmerdale sometimes. I've wanted it to be axed for years!

A complete load of rubbish. It only reflects what the writers wish to reflect of contemporary society. If they are not thinking about making another series, it will save me having to lobby the authorities about banning it.

I don't to be honest, it's not as good as the real deal!
(Dawnnie..............they axed it because it doesn't get enough ratings to make it worth while keeping it on - it's not the fact that channel4 don't like it!)

it just isnt as good as the original and i think one of the reasons they had to cut it was because gemmas chest was getting too big for the screen!!!
