Hi there, I live in Arizona. Does anyone know the law in regards to public auctions? Can anyone tell me if public auctions are of public record? If so, where might this information be found?I

Most, if not all, public auctions are required to be in the public notice section of the local paper. They can do a nexus search (for a fee) of that newspaper to see if the storage company listed it. Otherwise conatct the local auctioneers directly. Good Question!

I'm in AZ also. They are in the very front of the classifieds usually.
