click the CONTENT tab
then Auto Complete
uncheck the boxes up top and then
click Clear forms
then click on the GENERAL tab
then clear History

Unfortunately you have to do it manually.
Scroll down to each word/phrase and while it's highlighted, press delete.

i think you just click the down button on the keyboard, highlight the one you want to delete, and press delete.
