After being online for a bit my monitor begins to shut off n come on constantly . When i turn it off for a bit n turn it on again it stops shutting off by itself. At times while shutting off n on it seems as though the pages r stretching. Help pls .

From your description of the fact if you shut it off for a bit and then turn it on it works ok for a while, I would say you have a bad monitor and it will get worse. I had one do that once except it would blink the screen on and off so fast I couldn't even see what was on and then it just went dead.
