How can I log in back without having to pay them twice, for a product that I already purchased.

What makes you think you're paying for it twice? You bought the software. You got the software. Fair enough.

Now you want assistance is resolving something that YOU messed up yourself, i.e. forgetting your admin password. Why do you think this is not fair and reasonable? The company has to pay support staff so that they will be ready to assist you. That costs money, my friend!

They can't make you pay that much. But for timewolf, even though I never heard of it, I think you should e-mail them from their website.
