sounds like your TPS (throttle position sensor) is bad.

You've got a bad mass air flow sensor. The mass air flow controls how much fuel the computer applies to the engine by monitoring how much air enters the engine. If the mass aif flow gives a false reading, it cause the engine to run lean or extremely rich. This in turns makes the oxygen sensors to read lean or rich and will set a code for either condition. Some times you can unplug mass air flow sensor and the problem will go away. If it does replace MAF sensor. Hope this helps!

The codes only indicate that you are getting a bad 02 sensor reading, which may be too lean or too rich. You need to find the cause, like it could be poor fuel flow caused by a partially plugged fuel filter or a faulty fuel pressure regulator, or even a dirty mass air flow sensor. Since the 02 sensor only has input to the computer when the engine has warmed up, does your engine cut out when still cold? If all else fails go to a shop that can hook up their scanner (computer) to your OB ll outlet and "look" to see how the engine is running by talking to your cars computer.
