also i was wondering do colleges look at the fact that you failed one semester very badly also can u still get a scholarship if you do great the next report cards and get all A but u fail one and have to retake the semester

In college, classes rarely last more than one semester. Scholarships are all very different, and they set their own criteria for how you can qualify. Some of them may not even have a grade requirement.

you failed every course in a semester or only one course in a particular semester? it does not look good when you fail and it will definitely play a role in scholarships.

Colleges will disregard one bad semester if you show that you fixed the problem and learned from it. They want to see growth and maturity as well as responsibility.
