I don't plan on smoking in my life. Never have, never will.

I think I was 17 when I tried my first cigarette. Could have been 18. But to this day, I don't smoke. I'm 21, btw.

I always felt there was something missing. I thought maybe I need to take pills I needed something an addiction I didn't' have one. What I really wanted was a drink but I couldn't drink I was only 16 I couldn't drink in school so one day I stole some cigs and I smoked one and it didn't make me cough or anything I actually enjoyed it. It was everything I'd been looking for. I still love it to this day. If I crave alcohol or even food I can smoke my little friends and I feel better. There you go. Thanks for asking I'm going to go smoke right now...bye

Started smoking when I was 19, everyone I know smokes. Smoked cigarettes for a couple months but quit before I got addicted. Now I just smoke pot,everyday!It's much better for my health,and it helps with my chronic back pain.

honestly, i think i was about 10 when i first tried it to along with my first shot of vodka. Yes, my parents left me alone at home a lot and i was a latch key kid. it didn't really catch on. later in my first year in college a friend of mine i was drinking with bought a pack but neither one of us smoked. i smoked almost that whole pack in about 2 hours. it didn't catch on either. every 2 or 3 years will pass and someone will randomly offer me a smoke and i'll randomly take it.

i was 16. i lived with my mom (parents divorceed) and she smoked all the time 2-3 packs a day. so i started smoking behind her back. now i'm 26 and don't smoke. I went from filters to non-filters to Black and Mild cigars. got pain in throat so bad i had to quit... an it almost gave me cervical cancer.

I don't smoke. I have asthma and so do my kids. I would like to see Big Tobacco disappear forever...
