dig out around the house 3' wide and 3' deep.......put in a french drain pipe ( has a sock on the drain pipe to keep the dirt out of the pipe)fill in 1' of the ditch with gravel, grade the pipe out away from the house about 12 ft....
and grade it on a 1/4" fall per ft......
then coat the wall with "surewall", it is a water proofer that u apply to the outside of a block wall......cover the rest of the pipe with gravel to the top of the ditch, back fill the dirt on top of the gravel, about 4" of dirt.......

the only way is to remove the soil away from the wall, clear it out and re shape the bank so the rain flows else where.
if there is lack of space then climb out of a window and start digging ..once wall is dry then paint it with a water proof membrane

If you cant get at it your gonna have to inject the wall from inside bruv.
Not a major hassle but you will have to do it up to the height of the bank outside.
Sorry, just looked at some of your answers, don't panic you do not have to demolish the wall at all. DPC only stops moisture rising up through the block/brickwork.
You will need to drill an then inject your barrier. Its really not a major issue. I do it all the time.

This sounds like a major design problem. An outside wall should not be a single thickness of blocks. It should have a damp proof course and the soil outside should be below it. If the soil has to be above floor level, there should be a vertical damp proof membrane. The only real solution would be to demolish the wall and rebuild it properly.

Could be your air bricks are covered with soil, thus allowing the wet to enter via this. Find the air bricks and take the soil away from them, ok. As someone said, are you sure there is only one layer of bricks, that is unusual.
