how can i fix my psp's umd drive cover?

Depending on what's wrong with it.

You may be able to disassemble the PSP, and use superglue to repair the cover if it's cracked. When dry, reassemble the PSP, and you should be good to go. If that's not the problem, then we'll need more info as to what is wrong with it.

Either call Sony and pray they help you or use lots of duct tape.
