I think you are trying to ask How you find out if there is a picture of your child already online? right?
If this is really what you are asking then I would first try to Google Images using your child's name. If this returns no results then try using any nicknames or screen names that your child may possibly use when chatting. Good Luck!

You should be a better parent and protect your children. How dare you assume that some sick weirdo has a picture of your child. Most parents would be terrified. A picture of your child on the internet isnt the best thing now a days

Um, there would have to BE a picture of your child online before you could find it. If you think there is one, why do you think so? If the picture was on a site, put in the web address of that site.
