Have a look at this site - the prices are normally quite reasonable.

There are a number of hotels in San Jose Del Cabo to visit. Start at the Tropicanna Inn and ask loads of questions. You also have the Posada Real which is an all inclusive but a walk in as well. However there are some 30 to 50 dollar hotels in the area that will make your stay just nice. Beware of the transportation cost and use the bus system. Taxis will cost horribly. If you want an all inclusive call Alegre Travel 18003237330. Where you have your own airlines we may be able to help your needs.

Hola! A VERY busy time of year to go to Cabo without accommodation. But, you may find a few options still available. Most all inclusives are package deals (airfare included) so the price of a room only may not be a deal for you. There are nice little B&B's around. I recommend the Cabo Inn downtown, or the Casa Pablito or if you are in San jose del cabo, El Encanto is very nice and right downtown as well. Your other option is la brisa trailer park right on the beach and you can pitch a tent, there is a restaurant and bar and showers etc. I'm sure it will be an adventure what ever you do!

Avenida Lazaro Cardenas & Vicente Guerrero S/n, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, is nice, pool, bar, resturant, from $50. Or, Calle Emiliano Zapata, Cabo San Lucas 23410, Mexico, about $60 w/ pool and kitchenette. Both nice and right in town.

I have stayed in the Hotel Finisterra and really liked it and found the prices very reasonable and the staff very friendly. It is on the Pacific side, so the beaches are much less crowded and there are no vendors. Plus, you can easily walk into town from there -- which is nice, so you don't have to eat all your meals at the hotel. The only problem is that you can't swim at the beach because of the very dangerous undertow.

I own a time share in Cabo so I go there quite often. Have you tried the Sheraton Hacienda del mar? This is a very expensive time to go so you may need to rethink the price for lodging.

Good luck.
