She told me " Darn it I'm too late like she wanted to see my penis and wasnt fast enough to get a glimspe as she opened the door. I thought a normal, response would have been to say I'm sorry or whoops, not DARN IT IM TOO LATE. What would you think of her and would you just brush it off like nothing was said?

You have no choice but to whip it out next time your around her, and rub it on her face. Make sure she knows its "NEVER TOO LATE". I bet she won't say anything like that again. LOL

She probably just didn't know what to say, felt uncomfortable, and made a little joke. I doubt she wants you! Or to see your penis, sorry boys but it's not like they are cute little things! For all you know she may be sitting there thinking WHY DID I SAY THAT!?!?!? Or never thought of it again because she didnt mean anything by it.

GO GET A SENSE OF HUMOR!!!!!
Just because you think every woman is interested in your vienna sausage, doesn't mean they are. Some people just make jokes to help ease a potentially embarrassing situation.

I would leave it alone this time. But, if it happens again (or any other innapropriate comments) I would take note of it. As to whether or not to tell the wife, that's a tricky one.
On the one hand, she might not believe you, or could be in on it with her mom. On the other hand, telling your wife might hurt her relationship with her mom.
Figure it this way, if you're in good shape, and especially if you're well-hung and/or have a nice butt, who could blame the woman for wanting a glimpse?

She did NOT actually mean it, dude. It was said to make light of the fact she walked in on you and you were to dumb to lock the door. You should have made some light hearted remark back and forgot about it!
