I had satalite and the company took out an extra 18 dollars and everytime I call they act like I just called and they know nothing and then they say they will send something in 8 weeks. I am fed up with the idiots.

Contact them again (or try looking online for the information) and ask for the name of the owner, ceo, president, manager etc and the address in which to send you complaint letter. Ask them to flag or notate your account, if possible, that all communication with you shall be in writing. Write a letter and in the letter also expalin that you would like your response in writing so you have everything you need in your records. Getting everything in writing usually will put a fire under those that need it and things generally get done. If not you have your communications at your disposal for any legal action you may be able to take.

Call your bank and report billing fraud. The bank will take up the issue with the company.
