The jawless hagfish can secrete a layer of slime 10 cm thick in about 10 seconds. This moved the hagfish into my 'most disgusting creature ever' category.
Incidentally, female porcupines not only masturbate, but use a convenient twig to do so. And yep, porcupines do it very very carefully.
