I think that the guy being used by Jack for cover-up purposes (for Jabot) might have. But the prosecutor is in too big a hurry to find a culprit. I really think he did it.
I think the killer should have killed Coleen.
She has no clue about Coleen's character.
She is TOO much of a drama queen.
