fill in the blank with your friend's Yahoo ID (e.g. http://photos.yahoo.com/yahooid). If they have any albums open to public or shared with your yahoo ID as a friend (Make sure you are logged into the yahoo network) these albums will be visible to you. Remember however they may have a lot of albums not visible to you. In addition your friend can send you an invite to their album via email in order to allow you to view an album that is not particularly open to public view.

Go to their profile http://profiles.yahoo.com/username and click at the bottom view my photos. But they have to make sure they make it available so you can view it.
