Well, there really isn't a way to stop it early, unless you take birth control pills. Which I don't recommend. But, If you sit in a tub of warm water for 30 mins, you will stop it for 3 hrs. Hope this helps!!

I was told by my doctor once when he put me on anti-inflammatorys "not to be surprised if my period ends early or if I don't have one at all".

Let me just say though, I do not condone taking pills just to get rid of your period.
