Me Mum said yes, and she never lied to me. The only time Father Christmas does not come down the chimney is if the house hasn't one. In those cases he knows about the lack, and has a key to get in all the doors of homes with no fireplaces.
The Chimney is faster, that is why it is the preferred way.
Charles "That Cheeky Lad"
Wishing everyone who celebrates, a Wickedly Happy Christmas and prosperous New Year.

Santa got stuck in my chimney last year, so although I never saw him he left a lot of messy footprints. This year I wrote to him and said I would leave him a large Bells if he would come in the back door and I will leave him some mince pies and carrots for the reindeers. He is the only strange man I let in to my house.
