Yes, Warcraft 4, Starcraft 2, Starcraft Ghost, World Of Warcraft The Burning Plains, Diablo 3 (its called something else) are under developement

Yes, Warcraft 4 is currently under development by Blizzard. One strong rumor coming out of the Blizzard camp is that the "Naga" will be featured as a new race. Not much else is known, however.
