Why are you playing at the library? If you're at the library, chances are, you should be studying or doing some other constructive thing. Leave the playing for home or at your friends.

If you use a proxies, it'll only be a matter of moments that the library admin and IT will add it to their growing list of sites that you wont be able to access.
Do you not realize the problems you create for your library when you visit unauthorized sites? YOU put them in jeopardy and in a position that could make them liable to any objectionable thing you see on the net, INCLUDING MYSPACE. Those blocks are there for reason, and thats to make sure the students are not viewing material that should not be viewed and TO KEep you from surfing the net while ON library time.
What happens if you surf to a myspace site that has someone posting photos of them having sex with animals? And someone walked passed you as you were viewing them and were offended? How are you going to answer to your the head librarian when they question you because they know that myspace is a blocked website?

Ask the library folks nicely. It's worth a try. And even if they don't unblock it you might at least learn why they blocked it in the first place.

You can't unblock it. But you can use a proxy avoidance site (if they haven't blocked those too) or a translation site (babelfish), although the results will suck, and you generally will need to know a second language.

Search google for a proxy. Depending on your firewall settings you may find that most proxy sites are blocked as well, you just have to search until you find one that works.

you can't unblock it, but you can go through a proxy...
try g2p.org or proxyboss.net
you just enter the site you want to browse (in this case, http://www.myspace.com) and it will take you to the site, but still say proxyboss or g2p up in the address window.
