A computer could be programmed to respond to input from a fox, but I don't think the fox is capable of being consciously aware that it is "using" the computer.

I don't think a fox can learn to use a computer with a keyboard. But I have often wondered what animals could do if someone gave them advanced tools that were designed just for them.
